Ship Us Your Timepieces


A lot of our customers ship us watches from all over. We would like to make this process as easy as possible by following some simple guidelines:


  1. Place your watch into a non-watch box (a box we can throw away), cushion it well!
  2. Place your information inside such as your name, address and phone number. When giving us this information please keep in mind we will be contacting you during business hours so please give us a number we can reach you at Monday-Friday 8am-4:00pm. In addition please provide us an address that we can ship your timepiece back during business hours. Your watch will be returned to you UPS insured mail. Someone 18 years or older will need to sign for the package.
  3. If your watch is being repaired under warranty, please place your warranty information inside.
  4. Ship your watch to us insured for its replacement value to:
