Please Provide us with your filled out warranty card or your sales receipt when bringing or sending your watch for repair. Keep in mind Batteries are only covered by the warranty for the first year after the purchase date. Extra 2 stainless steel links are covered after the initial purchase of a watch and Ebel only will cover up to one gold link. Bracelet sizing can be done under warranty any time while your warranty is active. Straps are usually never covered under warranty, unless damage is due to a manufactorer defect. Any major work to the watch is covered under warranty for manufacturer defects only. In other words; if a time piece is dropped it will not be covered under warranty.
