Glezer-Kraus has been in business over 28 years and we pride ourselves on high level of credentials and outmost respect from our peers. Glezer-Kraus is a family owned company with three generations currently on staff. This company was built upon a dream and passion for watches by a young woman who started to repair watches at sixteen years old. She inherited this amazing talent from her father who was known as the lead master watchmaker of Russia. This amazing woman was known for her precision, hard work and amazing skills throughout Europe. Her love, passion and extensive knowledge for watches has been passed down to the new generation.
We have had the privilege to be awarded the right to be the Midwest service center for companies such as Movado Group Inc. and Gucci. The foundation of our service is quality at great prices. Our business is simple, solid, and timeless and our goal is to provide a service that is dependable, friendly and excellent. We are committed to serving our customers with exceptional service and ensure customer satisfaction through trust, integrity and knowledgeable staff. Our technicians have the highest of degrees and continue their education annually. The reason our company stands out above the rest is simple; we say yes to any reasonable request. Our team has been trained by the best and we strive to be the best.Glezer-Kraus was established in 1969 but operated under the name of Longines/Whitnauer. In 1983 the same owners changed the company name to Glezer-Kraus Watch Repair. We are the Factory Authorized repair center for Ebel, Concord, Movado, ESQ, Coach and Gucci. We have been a Factory Service Center for the North American Watch Company since 1984 and were authorized to repair Piaget, Corum, Concord and Movado until the company spun off and Piaget and Corum were sold. Currently we are the only watch repair company in the Midwest authorized to repair for the Movado Group. Being authorized also gives us the privilege of being able to repair watches under manufactory warranty.
We are also the sole Factory Authorized repair center for Gucci in the Midwest and as such can do any repair covered under the warranty.
Glezer-Kraus only hires certified technicians who have completed intensive education. Our technicians have the following credentials:
- WOSTEP Certificate from Lititz Watch Technicum
- Certified Repairman from Lititz Watch Technicum
- Certified Piaget technician from L’Institue De Formation A La Haute Horlogerie
- Certified Watchmakers of 21 st century through American Watchmakers/Clockmakers Institute
- Omega updated training

Our Trained Rolex Technicians specialize in Rolex repairs using only genuine parts! We do full service with a complementary refinishing of case and bracelet. Plastic crystals are changed free of charge with any complete service. All Rolex repairs are completed by Rolex standards and have a 2 year warranty.
