We repair the following watches under warranty:

Please provide us with your filled-out warranty card and your sales receipt when bringing or sending your watch for repair. Keep in mind batteries are only covered by the warranty for the first year after the purchase date. Bracelet sizing can be done under warranty any time while your warranty is active. Straps are usually never covered under warranty, unless damage is due to a manufacturer defect. Any major work to the watch is covered under warranty for manufacturer defects only. In other words, if a timepiece has been in an accident it will not be covered under warranty. Please note that warranty is extended only if the watch has been purchased from an authorized dealer.

Please do not ship us your watch boxes when shipping us your watch, all boxes get recycled.
